BBQ Club is back this summer on the Southbank at the Thames-side venue and is split into two areas: The BBQ Bar and The BBQ Club.
THE BBQ FOOD BAR
‘Order and collect’ counter where Big Green Egg BBQ will be grilling takeaway dishes like charred monkfish with tarragon mayo; lamb skewers with flat bread, tzatziki & pomegranate; or hot-smoked salmon with grain salad and crème fraiche. Drinks are available from the on-site bar and with prices under £10 for a tasty BBQ meal, it will be a busy summer!
Good news is this rooftop area doubled in size since last year. Six-course tasting menu, the BBQ built into the very table so you can see your food being prepared right in front of you (no surprises then). The menu also is “interactive” (it means you cook one part of each dish yourself so it is prepared to your taste) and includes dishes like miso-glazed charred baby aubergines with pomegranate molasses yoghurt.
